| Q: What are the system requirements for ITI ProjectView™? |
A: ITI ProjectView™ version 4.0 and higher is a Java based application and can run on Windows, Linux, or Webspehere servers. The client portion of the software only requires Internet Explorer or Firefox on any operating system that support Java (Windows, Linux, Mac, etc.) ITI ProjectView™ version 3.7 and lower requires a Windows 2000 or 2003 server to host the application. The client portion of the software only requires that a user has Internet Explorer 5 or higher installed on their system. |
| Q: Do I have to have my own web server to use ITI ProjectView™? |
| A: No. While most of our clients do opt to host the software on their own servers, ITI can also host your ITI ProjectView™ site on our servers. |
| Q: Does ITI ProjectView™ support multitple languages? |
| A: Yes. ITI ProjectView™ has built in support for English, Japanese, and Chinese. ITI ProjectView™ is designed to support additional languages with a minimum of effort. ITI can add a new language for a nominal fee. |
| Q: Has ITI ProjectView™ been used on very large projects? |
| A: Yes - both on internal ITI projects as well as by customers. For example, ITI was engaged in a large software development project to create the software that powered large medical devices, such as MRI and CT scanning machines. This project had over 150 software engineers alone as well as product development engineers, reliability experts, managers, and other specialists. These engineers were spread out between the United States, Japan, and India. ITI ProjectView™ was used to manage all of the project data (including the software code) as well as facilitate communication and project planning. |

A: ITI ProjectView™ does not have a per-seat license. Our licenses are sold on a per-server basis; this means you can create as many web sites and have as many users as you want without paying additional fees. Pricing is based on the size of your organization (or the size of the group in your organization that will be using ITI ProjectView™) and is very reasonable. In addition to offering server licenses, we do also offer a very affordable lease option, where ITI can host one ITI ProjectView™ web site for a very low monthly cost.
